Description

What does it mean to live as God’s people in a world where good and evil are all tangled together? In this message, “Growing Together in the Kingdom,” we walk through Jesus’ parable of the wheat and the weeds in Matthew 13 and explore how God’s Kingdom grows right in the middle of real life—messy, complex, and unsorted.

Together we look at:

God’s scandalously wide welcome and why the church is more like a hospital than a showroom.

God’s patient heart that refuses to give up on people we might write off as “weeds.”

What it means to be “in the world but not of it,” drawing life from Christ like a spring in the desert.

Our call to nurture and disciple rather than judge and sort, trusting God alone with the final harvest.

If you’re feeling tangled, tired, or unsure where you fit, this sermon invites you to rest in the Patient Gardener’s care and to see your everyday world as the field where His Kingdom is quietly growing.
